Diet Goal

Ah Bao invited me to WBG on 7 Dec and did a health screening and i was so shock to find my health is in such a bad shape.  As such, on that same day, it just came to me to make a decision!

A decision that I had never thought that I would make one day.

I decided to go as much as possible vegetarian.

Yes,  Vegetable as much as possible.  After being a meat eater for last 38 years, off-balance diet, it’s point of time for me to take good care of my body.  My body is giving me signal an design which I have been ignoring for last few many years.

I used to make fun of those who vegetarians and now I realized that I was wrong and I own them a apology.  So, to all my friends out there, SORRY that I make fun of you.  I should respect you and know that you are taking good care of your health which I was not.  SORRY again!

So far, after 10 days, not really that easy, but still manageable.   CW is been pretty supportive and helping me to take those “meat” that Marina and Kent left over.  However, yesterday, I consumed a slice of ham as Marina did not like the taste.  I felt wasted and told myself to help CW to eat as she will not be able to finished all of them before expiry date.  In the afternoon, I realized that it was also a WASTE (of my effort) if I consume those ham.  Thus, at night I told CW that I will rather waste those food than my effort.

To date, I am strictly on vegetable,  plain waters, rice, egg, fish only.  (ok, ok, and 1 slice of ham).  Maybe I can set a goal to take photos of all my food from Jan 2007 onwards and post it on this site.  Also, have a post on cumulating of all my consumption.  That will be interesting as I can review exactly what I eat last week or last month or also a statistic of what I eat in a whole year…hmm….say 1000 bowl of rice or 20000 litre of water or 180 pieces of fishes…
